Preparation of Cex-Mn0.8Fe0.2O2 Catalysts and Its Anti-Sulfur Denitration Performance

In order to meet the industrial denitrification demands, inexpensive ferrous metals Mn and Fe have been chosen as raw materials for catalysts of CO-SCR, anti-sulfur performance ferromanganese can be greatly enhanced by Ce doping. this study, Cex-Mn0.8Fe0.2O2 were prepared co-precipitation, effects addition on structure morphology their denitration investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results showed that consisted nanoparticles sized 20–100 nm. Specifically, Ce0.2-Mn0.8Fe0.2O2 catalyst had more active sites best performance, a rate 90.36% at 350 °C, while Mn0.8Fe0.2O2 was only 85%. Furthermore, maintained above 80% when CO:NO:SO2 ratio 3:1:1 4 h °C.
